Larry Pires operates a pumped diversion on the left bank of the Sacramento River, in Colusa County, California, approximately one mile south of Meridian. The existing vertical pump was modified by the landowner from a vertical pump configuration to a slant pump configuration.
The existing platform structure was removed with the exception of the support pilings which were utilized to support the new fish screen system.
This project is was completed in September 2007.
